3G Network Update – New Zealand

The 3G network in New Zealand will be switched off from the 31 December 2025. If you are using AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 device with built-in 3G cellular connectivity, your therapy data will no longer be wirelessly synced to Resmed myAir™ if you are using this application.

However, if your device has an SD card inserted, your therapy data will continue to be stored on the SD card. Your care provider can access this data on the SD card if you need a report.

Please note, the unavailability of the cellular connectivity does not impact your device’s ability to deliver therapy

Not sure if your device is 3G? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Locate the label on the back of your AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 device.
  2. If the number matches one of the numbers listed below, your Resmed device is a 3G model.

If your Resmed AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 3G device was purchased on or after October 2021 and
you have been actively using the myAir™ app, your device may be eligible for an upgrade.
